OBJECTIVE
- The EXSAM provides marketing research information to its Members, gathering and dissemination of information are achieved through collaboration and exchange among Members, which may occur through e-mail contacts as well as in the monthly meeting.
- To share experience and exchange of unusual behavior of guest including black list, bad credit company and skipper.
- To strive for continued development and improvement of the serviced apartment services and facilities.
- To update all new regulations and new law that will be effect to the operation of serviced apartment industry.
ACTIVITIES
EXSAM is a non-profit group activity. We all agree to support each other information concerning its operation, marketing data and new law & regulation concerned. We are sharing information regarding staff benefits, salary survey and black list.
EXSAM activities;
- Donation : Wat Pra Bart Nam Phu, School etc.
- Day Tour/Dinner : Dream World, Koh Kred, River Cruise
- Members Activities : Bowling or Badminton match, New Year Party etc.
